1. Installation technology

2. Preparation of adhesives and plastering mortar
① Adhesives, plastering mortars, etc. are all single-stage two-component. When using mixing equipment, the raw materials of the materials and equipment provided should be strictly and reliably in accordance with the needs of the equipment material supplier. According to the requirements of the proportioning and adding method and the actual process requirements of the material production and production, the direct proportioning and adding method is to add water to the coherent powder tank cavity, and use an electric stirrer to stir and mix quickly until it is completely uniform, so as to achieve the uniform viscosity of the equipment materials required by the actual material engineering or production site.
② The amount of preparation used each time should not exceed once or too much. It should be used according to the calculated preparation specified in this product manual under different use seasons and ambient temperature conditions, and all preparations should be used up within the time limit.
3. Pre-impregnation and pasting of the wrapping net and rock wool board at the terminal of the insulation layer
① The terminal of the insulation layer at the door and window openings, parapets, structural deformation joints, system deformation joints, eaves, and plinths shall comply with relevant regulations. At least before pasting the rock wool board, a narrow width or 160-grade alkali-resistant mesh cloth for wrapping shall be pressed and pasted first. The area size of the rock wool board pressed in and the size height during wrapping shall be no less than or greater than 100m.
② Before pasting the rock wool board, special attention should be paid to carefully check whether the rock wool board surface material continues to be naturally dry after pasting, and whether the surface is naturally dry, flat, and clean after treatment; materials such as wet, rough and smooth surface, uneven smooth or flat surface, and rock wool board products with serious radioactive pollution and explosion hazards shall not be directly processed and used.
