Installation of closed-cell foam board
1. The closed-cell foam board is fixed on the concrete structure joint surface that has been poured with cement nails.
2. Before installing the closed-cell foam board, the concrete structure joint surface must be cleaned and the closed-cell foam board can be installed only after it is clean and free of debris.
4. The installation of closed-cell foam board in structural joints shall be based on the design and construction drawings.
5. During the installation of closed-cell foam board, there must be on-site guidance by technical personnel. During installation, the edge line of the closed-cell foam board should coincide with the structural contour line, and the position of the closed-cell foam board in the direction of the vertical joint and the direction of the joint should meet the design requirements.
6. The closed-cell foam board is installed in blocks, and the joints must be tightly fitted and the joints must be flat.
