Specifications:
All specifications refer to a density of **xx kg/m³** per cubic meter and a thickness of **xx mm**, which can be adjusted as needed.
Glass wool boards are available without aluminum foil. If aluminum foil is required, please specify this in the quotation request notes.

**Glass Wool**
Glass wool is made by melting glass and then fiberizing it, followed by adding a binder for solidification. The fiber diameter of the glass wool depends on the centrifugal extrusion technology used.
**Properties:**
- **Sound Absorption and Noise Reduction:** Effectively prevents sound transmission.
- **Easy to Install and Cut:** Simple construction and easy to cut as needed.
- **Antibacterial and Mold-Resistant:** It is durable, anti-aging, and resistant to corrosion, ensuring a healthy environment.
- **Fire Rating A1:** Non-combustible.
- **Low Moisture Absorption:** High durability.
**Applications:**
Currently, glass wool boards are widely used in:
- Thermal insulation, soundproofing, and noise reduction for building exterior walls.
- Heat insulation for industrial kilns.
- Insulation layers for steel structure insulation boards.
**Processing and Surface Treatment:**
Glass wool boards are a deep-processed product of glass wool. The raw material is semi-finished glass wool boards, which are then polished, glued, laminated, and processed. To ensure a certain decorative effect, the surface typically undergoes one of two treatments:
1. A plastic face paper is applied.
2. The surface is sprayed, often in embossed patterns, including large flower patterns, medium flower patterns, and small dot spray patterns. These are available in various colors, with white being the most commonly used.
