HDPE Geomembrane, in addition to the material itself, also involves construction welding, personnel deployment, and other related issues. If necessary, please specify in the remarks section of the order.
If the required specifications are not listed above, you can choose "Other" and specify your needs in the remarks section.
HDPE Geomembrane (Impervious Membrane) Introduction:
HDPE geomembrane is made of high-quality virgin polyethylene resin, with the main component being 97.5% high-density polyethylene, and about 2.5% additives such as carbon black, anti-aging agents, antioxidants, ultraviolet absorbents, stabilizers, and other auxiliary materials. HDPE geomembrane meets the application requirements of environmental protection, sanitation, water conservancy, construction, municipal engineering, landscaping, petrochemical, mining, salt industry, agriculture, and aquaculture industries.
HDPE Geomembrane Features:
- High Impermeability Coefficient** – Provides an impermeable effect that is unmatched by ordinary waterproof materials. The water vapor permeability coefficient K <= 1.0 × 10^-13 cm/cm².s.pa.
- Chemical Stability** – Exhibits excellent chemical stability, widely used in sewage treatment, chemical reaction tanks, landfills. It is resistant to high and low temperatures, asphalt, oil, tar, acids, alkalis, salts, and more than 80 types of strong acids and alkalis.
- **Anti-aging Performance** – Offers excellent anti-aging, UV resistance, and anti-degradation ability. It can be exposed to the environment and has a service life of 50 to 70 years, providing strong material guarantees for environmental impermeability.
- **Root Resistance** – Excellent puncture resistance, can resist most plant roots.
- **High Mechanical Strength** – Good mechanical strength, elasticity, and deformation capabilities make it highly suitable for expansion or contraction of foundation surfaces. Effectively overcomes uneven settlement of foundations. Tensile strength at break: 28 MPa, elongation at break: 700%.
- **Economic Benefits** – The use of new technology enhances the impermeability effect while the production process is more scientific and efficient, lowering product costs compared to traditional waterproof materials. Practical calculations show that using HDPE geomembrane can save about 50% of project costs.
- **Fast Construction Speed** – HDPE geomembrane is highly flexible, available in various specifications and laying forms to meet different engineering impermeability requirements. It uses thermal fusion welding, which has high seam strength, and the construction is convenient and fast.
- **Environmental and Non-toxic** – The materials used are non-toxic and environmentally friendly. The impermeability principle is based on ordinary physical changes, producing no harmful substances. It is the best choice for environmental protection, aquaculture, and potable water pools.
HDPE Geomembrane Application Areas:
1. **Transportation Infrastructure** – Roadbed reinforcement, culvert impermeability.
2. **Environmental Protection and Sanitation** – Landfills, sewage treatment plants, power plant adjustment pools, industrial and hospital solid waste management.
3. **Aquaculture** – Intensive and factory-style farming ponds, fish ponds, shrimp ponds lining, sea cucumber slope protection, etc.
4. **Municipal Engineering** – Subway systems, underground building projects, rooftop gardens, sewage pipe liners.
5. **Landscaping** – Artificial lakes, rivers, reservoirs, golf course ponds, slope protection, waterproofing for green lawns, etc.
6. **Mining** – Washing and selection pools, heap leach pads, ash fields, dissolution ponds, sedimentation tanks, tailing pond liners.
7. **Agriculture** – Reservoirs, drinking water pools, water storage ponds, irrigation system impermeability.
8. **Water Conservancy** – Impermeability for river, lake, and reservoir dams, leakage blocking, reinforcement, water channel impermeability, vertical heart walls, slope protection, etc.
9. **Petrochemical** – Chemical plants, refineries, gas stations' oil tank impermeability, chemical reaction pools, sedimentation tanks, secondary liners.
